Our Philosophy

We move in accordance with our self-image.

How we use our body reflects and influences our emotional state and the relationships we create in the world around us. Learn to recognise patterns such as
tension and inhibition to develop healthier, easier movement habits.

Dr. Moshe Feldenkrais

Original Founder

Moshe Feldenkrais was a close student of Jigoro Kano and a key figure in Judo’s growth in the West. As an engineer and deep thinker, he began to develop his own unique approach to working with the body, the pillars of which are childhood development, martial arts and engineering. This work has become popular amongst actors, dancers, athletes, those seeking relief from pain and those curious to learn more about themselves.
